I called them last week, they told me that their project, Summerpointe Residences, have not started it's land development yet due to some re-mapping issues. When I paid them my reservation fee last April, they told me they will be able to start their land dev by June - e October na! They really really need to be truthful with waht they say to their clients. Ako, I just keep telling myself to be patient. The time will come. siguro by november, I'll just write them a letter to suspend muna my payments until the project has been fully developed.
