Letter for Stop Payment

I have written a letter to Prosperity Builders Resources Inc, citing my intention to stop further payments of my Monthly Amortization. I have asked my uncle/broker to personally submit it to them. I have already paid them 9 months worth of MA (even w/o any land developments and house construction yet). Here's the content of the letter:

Prosperity Builders Resources Inc
Diplomat Bldg, Cor Roxas Blvd
Baclaran, Pasay City

Dear Ms. Elsie Penafiel

This is to inform you of my intention to stop further payments of my Monthly Amortization for the House and Lot that I have agreed to purchase at Block 12 lot 9 Summer Pointe Residences until such time that the development of the subdivision project has been completed and turned over to me by the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-ibig Fund).

This letter is effective immediately hence I will be pulling out my last check (Check # 0026351) issued last May 3, 2011 and due on September 23, 2011 amounting to Five Thousand Five Hundred Ten Pesos & 68/100 only (PHP 5,510.68).
Thank you for your consideration

Sincerely,

Jeanette M. Cabrera
Buyer, Block 12 lot 9,
Summer Pointe Residences

I was actually worried that they will not accept this letter pero sobrang kapal naman ng balat nila if they will not accept. Sobrang delayed sila - sobrang advance ng payments ko! They no longer have the right to decline. Sobra na silang nakaka-stress!

hi Ms. Jeanette!

I'm lucky to find your post about this topic.
I am one of the buyer din kasi and I'm thinking of doing this too, gusto ko din mag-stop payment ng MA kasi hindi pa naman nati-take out ung loan sa PAGIBIG.. Tanong ko lang, na-grant ba 'tong request mo for stop payment?
Thank you!
