Eunice & AJ

It's been two months already since Eunice came into our house. Prior to her arrival, I've been preparing AJ, briefing her that the newcomer is her cousin and a new playmate. I have to prepare her emotionally and mentally because ever since she was born, she's been the only baby in the house and all the love and attention were focused on her. And having a another child at home is so new to her, she'll no longer be the only baby, she'll have someone to share everything with. Which, I believe, is a good thing since she'll be able to learn that she's not the only baby in the world. She'll be able to learn how to share. The first few weeks of adjustment has been difficult for us. AJ's almost always on her tantrum mode, while Eunice would bite or punch AJ when she's becoming too makulit - it was her way of saying stop to AJ's kalikutan since she was unable to express what she wants to say in tagalog since her major dialect at that time is Ilonggo.

Haist, Anyway, We've been experiencing a lot of changes recently. Both of them has learned how to cope with each other. Although AJ is still throwing little tantrums every now & then, she has learn to accept the presence of her ate Eunice. While Eunice, on the other hand, has learned to be patient with AJ. She already know that hurting her ading wont do a lot of good.

I do hope it will continue. They are still little children and both of them needs a lot of love, attention and discipline whenever necessary.

Coming Soon....Palawan Adventure Part II > CORON

Just got my reservation confirmation from Air Phil. It's cheaper to book early like we did now, We availed of the P1 fare promo of Airphil and set our flight for Feb next year. It's matagal, yes, but I will still be needing to save money for my baon and for the package tours. We've been surfing the net to check for some package tours in Coron and perhaps we will be using e-philippines again to prepare our itineraries again. We've used e-philippines in our Puerto Princessa adventure last February and boy, we are so satisfied with thier service. Russel, the Tour Specialist is very accomodating and have made our trip as flexible as possible. The result? We have used of 4-day stay in the maximum level w/o anything to worry at all except the pasalubong. We've found their website through internet but they have proven themselves trustworthy.

Anyways, I'm not gonna worry about it anytime soon. Next year pa naman yung flight.

But even though, Just thinking about going back to Palawan makes me want to chill. I am so excited! Wohooo!

E-books for the bookworm

Woohoo! http://www.manybooks.net is a manna for the bookworm's hungry soul. I really love reading books! Not only do I learn a lot, I also feel that I get the chance to be transported to another world. Generally, I read any type of Genre but I am more partial to books written by my favorite authors like Sydney Sheldon, Agatha Christie, Paolo Coehllo, Frances Hogson Burnett (author of a little princess and Little lord fauntleroy), and LM Montgomery (creator of my favorite character Anne Shirley). I also love reading Francine Pascal's Stories such as Fearless and Sweet Valley Twins series. I also grew up reading Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys. And I also have a complete set of Harry Potter books. But lately, I've been falling behind my hoard of books, 1st I don't have time to visit NBS & Powerbooks(my favorite tambayan) and lastly, buying books is no longer part of mu budget.

Luckily, i found this website. It really made my day! I get to download books for free! Yehey! I no longer need to make ipon just to buy a new book. Not only that, i also get to download a lot of classics such as Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, Antartic Mystery by Jules Verne, Sherlock Holmes, the count of Monte Cristo, Les Miserables and Arabian Nights.

So babush for now! It's time for me to READ now!!!
