House update
i called Prosperity Builders last Friday. They told me that they have already started their land development for Summer Pointe Residences. So most probably daw by April tapos na yung land development saka pa lang daw sila mag-eendorse ng house construction, endorsement would take about 2 months then they would need another two months for the actual construction of the house. Perhaps by August matatapos na lahat. Sana naman it's for real na. I have already finished paying for my DP and I have already issued them 6 checks for the MA. I hope that everything will go well.
